History, Mission & Vision

Western Office was established in October of 1954, in Billings, MT. With almost 60 years of doing business in Montana, Western Office takes pride in being one of the oldest and longest serving office furniture and equipment establishments in Billings and the surrounding area.

Since it’s inception Western Office has sold and serviced: new and used office furniture of all types and styles, typewriters, new and used printers and faxes, dictation & transcription equipment.

Over the years we’ve expanded our sales and service to include computer and peripheral repair and installation, network installation, digital dictation and transcription with Olympus devices, Lathem time clock hardware and software, and Managed Print Systems. And most recently, FP Mailing Solutions.

We pride ourselves on clichés like, “service after the sale”, and “fix it right the first time”. This is what keeps our established customers coming back and wins new customers every day.

Western Office is proud to be a Showroom for KI Furniture, an Authorized Service Provider for Lexmark Printers, a Gold Team Dealer for Dell Computers and Printers, and an Authorized Service Provider and Sales Center for Samsung Printers and Computers.
